Perkins Lane

Baton Rouge, LA

Perkins Lane is a 25-residence gated enclave community located in the heart of Baton Rouge. Set amongst graceful heritage oaks, a streetscape of complementary yet distinctive homes recalls the city’s rich architectural traditions. With a variety of floor plans ranging from 1,750 to 3,000 square feet, homes feature outdoor kitchens, raised front porches, courtyards, pools, and fountains. Live/work units marking the community’s entrance include 600 square feet of work space on the first floor and living space above. Alley-accessible garages keep neighborhood traffic to a minimum.
