Gables Villa Rosa, Phase II

Dallas, TX

Designed for the renter-by-choice and located in the prestigious Uptown/Turtle Creek area of Dallas, these 245-unit luxury apartments are reminiscent of a Spanish resort villa. The units range from 756 to 1,772 square feet and are marked with such amenities as Brazilian cherry wood floors, a 3,500-square-foot fitness center and 1,600-square-foot European courtyards. The development includes 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail along with 30,000 square feet of office.
